NICE has developed a medtech innovation briefing (MIB) on End-tidal Control software for use with Aisys closed circuit anaesthesia systems for automated gas control during general anaesthesia.

May 2019: The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency issued a medical device alert for End-tidal Control. It says that there is a risk of inadequate anaesthesia for the patient because End-tidal Control mode might not deliver the right concentration.
